Please arrive to your appointment with a bare face. If you cannot remove your makeup prior, please note that this will cut into your appointment time. We ask that you stop all exfoliants and active ingredients (i.e. retinol) for at least 3-4 days before your scheduled appointment unless otherwise instructed.

This all depends on your budget, skincare concerns, and urgency! If you are looking to get real results quickly and you are serious about your skin, we recommend budgeting anywhere from $200-$800 for a full regimen. The 80/20 rules states that 80% of your results come from homecare and 20% from treatments so we prefer that every client is on a regimen curated by us. McKenna will always work with you based on your individual needs so don't ever worry if you can't drop $200 on product, we will come up with a plan together!

Cosmic Glow Aesthetics is a one woman show so we are by appointment only! You can absolutely come in to pick up products as long as we set a time to do that to ensure that I am not with a client. If you would like recommendations on products, we will have to schedule you for a consultation as this takes time to produce a customized routine!

Absolutely! I provide links to buy product online on my linktr.ee and you will still be supporting Cosmic Glow whether you buy in store or online!
The only exception is DMK, these products are services are exclusively in person and cannot be purchased online.

Yes I do! Virtual Consultations are $150 and $100 of this goes towards products that I will ship directly to you! The reason why product cost is factored into this is because if we are going to treat you virtually, we absolutely need to make sure that you get started on a regimen. We want to see those changes in your skin just as much as you do!
We will discuss your history, concerns, lifestyle, a recommended product regimen, and a treatment plan moving forward!

We require a 48 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. We are more than understanding of emergencies but our time is valuable and the policies are in place to ensure both of our time is being protected. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you no show your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the FULL amount of the appointment booked. If the full payment is not received, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Cosmic Glow Aesthetics. We thank you for your understanding.

We ask that you reserve enough time for traffic, but in the event that you are running late, please contact McKenna to let her know. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we must reschedule and you are subject to being charged the full amount of the appointment booked.

We kindly ask that those scheduled for an appointment arrive to their appointment alone unless approved by McKenna. We want you to get the most out of your scheduled time and bringing guests, children, or pets can be distracting to the professional and could lead to an unsafe environment.

Yes! New clients are required to pay a non-refundable $50 prepayment when booking their appointment. This $50 fully goes towards your service. In the event that you cancel within 48 hours or no-show your appointment, this $50 is forfeited to Cosmic Glow Aesthetics.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. This includes your non- refundable prepayment for all appointments. If an item is defective, please take photos and contact McKenna immediately so we can address the concern. After 30 days, we cannot refund or exchange.

All street parking on Ridge Road and W Caracas are available including the spaces behind the building. Please do not park within 15ft of the fire hydrant.
When you turn onto Ridge Road at Chipotle, we will be directly on your left in the building behind Chipotle. We are located on the side of the building on the right of Live Well Medicine.
